In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the classes and facilities provided by Make the Move LLC dba The Move, in addition to the payment of any fees or charges, you agree to:

• Assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage that may be sustained or aggravated by you in connection with participation in The Move’s classes and facilities.

• Waive, release, and forever discharge The Move, its owners, officers, agents, instructors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, or causes of action arising from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in or use of The Move’s classes and facilities.

• Represent and warrant that you have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in any of The Move’s classes and facilities, and that you have not been advised by a physician to avoid such activities.

The Move advises that individuals with any chronic medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities should consult a physician before engaging in physical activity. If The Move staff believes your participation could present a health risk, access may be denied until a written opinion from your physician, at your expense, confirms your ability to safely participate.

Each participant must have their own individual account; shared or transferred accounts are not permitted.
