Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you checked in, show you around, and help you feel at home before class begins. Every class at The Move is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and part of the community from the moment you walk in. Choose from a variety of class styles depending on what your body is craving that day — sculpt, strength, yoga, you name it. Our expert instructors bring intentional programming, great music, and supportive cues to help you move with confidence. Expect to sweat, have fun, and leave feeling like your strongest self.

Absolutely. Every class is designed for all experience levels — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover. Our instructors offer modifications and advancements so you can move at your own pace and feel confident every step of the way.

All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle (available for purchase in-studio if you forget!).
Getting Started

Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move and sweat in. Most classes are taken barefoot — grip socks are totally welcome but not required. For Power Move (our strength-focused format), sneakers are an option if you prefer a little extra support.

Nope — we’ve got you covered. Mats, props, and sweat towels are all provided for every class. Just show up and we’ll take care of the rest!
Heated class requirements

For safety, cleanliness, and extra grip during sweaty flows, mat towels are required in all heated formats. You’re welcome to bring your own or rent/purchase one in-studio. (No mat towel needed for Power Move, our strength-training format!)

Yes! A fresh sweat towel is included with every class.

Our heated formats are warmed to approximately 90–95°F — hot enough to unlock mobility and fire up strength, but never overwhelming. Power Move is not heated.

We offer a rolling 2-week booking window for members — with 24-hour early access compared to non-members.

Booking & Check-In

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can check in at the front desk, get set up with your equipment, and find your spot before class begins. We start right on time to give you the full experience!
If you’re driving, please allow a few extra minutes to park — there is 2-hour street parking nearby.

We allow a 3-minute grace period after class begins. After that, late entry isn’t permitted for safety reasons — and your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist once class is underway. If you’re running late but still on your way, please give us a call so we know you’re coming and can help if we’re able!

We have memberships for every mover — from unlimited monthly access to class packs. Explore options here.

To cancel, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations will be processed at the end of your selected contract term (3 or 6 months).
If you wish to cancel before your contract is complete, an additional month will be billed as an early-termination fee.
Membership & Pricing

Students, teachers, and healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, etc.) receive 10% off memberships and class packs. Just bring valid ID to the studio or email proof of eligibility to have the discount applied.

Yes, memberships renew monthly unless paused or canceled in advance.
Waitlist, Cancellations & Refund

If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to class and notified by email or text. If you no longer plan to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late-cancel fees.
You’re also welcome to come to the studio and wait — if a reserved spot isn’t claimed at the start of class, we’ll move waitlisted guests in based on their order. While it’s not guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to get you moving with us!

We have a 12-hour cancellation window for all classes.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class): $XX fee
No-shows: $XX fee + loss of class credit
We keep these policies in place to ensure everyone on the waitlist has a chance to move!

Class credits are non-refundable. That said, we totally get that life happens — members receive one grace late cancel per month. If something unexpected comes up, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

You’ll be notified immediately and your credit will be returned to your account.

We’ve got all the little extras to make your experience amazing:

Break Bar upstairs — grab-and-go or stay-and-hang coffee + snacks

There’s 2-hour street parking available around the studio, and we’re just a few blocks from Bluebike stations for easy biking access.

You can safely store your belongings in one of our secure lockers. If you prefer to bring your phone into the studio, please keep it turned off and tucked away so class stays focused and distraction-free.
